Jennifer L. Hayes is a life-long resident of South Tampa. After making the switch from teaching kindergarten to selling real estate over three and a half years ago, Jennifer has utilized her passion for education to help her clients make the best decisions possible regarding buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Jennifer recently earned her Certified Residential Specialist Designation. The CRS Designation is awarded to experienced Realtors who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements. Only 12% of Realtors in the country have earned this prestigious designation. In addition, she prides herself on continued education. To further her knowledge, Jennifer has participated in several classes, including courses in wealth building, referrals, business planning and marketing, and technology. She holds a BS in Communication for Business from Florida State University and a BS in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida. She has earned her National Board Certification and taught eight years in the Tampa Bay area. She has a thorough knowledge of the local public and private schools.

Jennifer is also an active member of the Tampa Bay community. She has volunteered for multiple charities including the American Cancer Society and Food for Families. She currently serves as a Ballast Point Elementary Business Partner, sponsors the walk-a-thon every year, and is a school advisory committee member.

As her business has steadily continued to grow, Jennifer has asked her sister and former teacher, Caroline Lindsey, to join her team. Caroline is a licensed real estate associate and has partnered with Jennifer to meet all of their clients´ real estate needs.
